In all honesty, this place is just not it. The brothers are kinda disrespectful and just not that nice. It doesn’t rank high for parties and their house is not even close enough to make them a great house. I have a few buddies and they even talk of how it’s kinda just a fake brotherhood and they always are going to other frats to party

Touse, great fraternity, very good social calender and overall involvement in the school and always a good time. They need a better house badly but the backyard is dope

My friends and I went to a party at Theta Chi the other weekend and had a really good time. The house was packed but somehow still had a fun, relaxed vibe instead of feeling chaotic. The music was actually good, everyone was friendly, and my friends and I ended up staying way longer than we planned. Definitely one of the better parties we’ve been to at Boulder.

From a girl’s perspective, the Theta Chi party was just a really good time. Walking in, the vibe felt right—good music, people actually dancing, and nothing felt uncomfortable or sketchy. The guys were friendly in a normal, respectful way, which made it easy to relax and enjoy being there instead of constantly being on guard. What stood out was how easygoing everything felt. The house was full, but it wasn’t chaotic, and everyone seemed there to have fun, not cause problems. My friends and I were able to move around, talk to people, dance, and laugh without feeling awkward or pressured. The brothers were social and welcoming, and it felt like they actually cared that people were enjoying themselves. By the end of the night, we were all in a great mood, talking about funny moments and inside jokes from the party. It was the kind of night where you leave smiling and thinking, “yeah, that was worth it.” Definitely a party I’d go back to.

Just a good house everyone is so well rounded, might not have the best house but definitely the best group of guys

I like this chapter because the people are very welcoming and they all offer different different personalities.
