Theta Xi - ΘΞ Fraternity at University of Colorado Boulder - UCB 2.2 This house is ok. Lots of geeds with cargo shorts due to the whole "extreme" bull. House is small and dirty. Parties are big but always get shut down early by the police. Also the outdoor parties are cool in the summer, but suck in the winter when it is 10 degrees and there is only 1 tiny room inside. I would rank this house 8 or 9 on campus.
