Sigma Pi - ΣΠ Fraternity at University of Colorado Boulder - UCB 3.5 They have a strong pledge class that seems to care more about the house then the douche bags living in now. Got an M.I.P. last time i was in the house AT A REGISTERED PARTY!!! But if they can pull themselves together they could be best house on campus. They certainly have the Philanthropy to go along with it, ($80,000 congrats). But overall average house this year with nothing memorable

Sigma Pi - ΣΠ Fraternity at University of Colorado Boulder - UCB 4.8 there recent pledge class is good but fall is disgusting...they are popular but i don't know if they can be top considering they only go to ks...never throw parties anymore overall good but not sure if should be number one

Sigma Pi - ΣΠ Fraternity at University of Colorado Boulder - UCB 4.5 such a great house. by far my fav frat but they need to throw more parties and stop going to ks 24/7. they are also on probation...overall they are going down hill but still a good house when they want to be

Sigma Pi - ΣΠ Fraternity at University of Colorado Boulder - UCB 4.8 Great times at Sigma Pi. This year's live-ins much cooler than last year's... many great guys. Some are kinda creepy though.Top tier house just not top house altogether.
