Used to be a dominant chapter but has seen consistent poor decision making and major setbacks also losing their house and having a pledges mom report then had caused their own downfall

They are super fun and nice guys. Also very attractive. I met some good friends there as well. And the new pc seems super cool and also hot. I like hacienda and their main house was cool last year as well.

Guys get carried by the mixers and are considered a good house. Chi psi, pi kapa phi and theta xi have carried them for the past 3 semesters and Iβm honestly not sure why or how people still rush this bum ass establishment

These guys used to be some of my favorites. We would have great mixers with them and chicks loved them. When the glass/throw up slip n slide that they had pledges go down was leaked, I stopped my relationship with them. Their house got flooded earlier this year and theyβre losing their house when Sig Ep comes back. Hopefully these guys can turn it around.
