Pi Kappa Alpha - ΠΚΑ Fraternity at University of Colorado Boulder - UCB 2.9 pretty sure the reason they grew so fast is bc they took in 50 person pledge classes (not a good thing), kids vary a lot its not like most frats where a the guys have the same vibe... I rushed and a couple of the brothers didn't even know their brothers names

Pi Kappa Alpha - ΠΚΑ Fraternity at University of Colorado Boulder - UCB 3.0 Their house looks big from the outside but the only indoor stuff they can throw is in their small basement where you literally hit your head if you jump...the rest of the square footage is all housing for the brothers. They have a decently sized front yard but its just an awkward setup overall. Kudos for the quick rise at this chapter, but you guys are mid to upper-mid at best. Slag on, though.
