Phi Delta Theta - ΦΔΘ Fraternity at University of Colorado Boulder - UCB 1.0 I don’t know why this isn’t talked about more in the Greek community. When they throw at their main house they seem to be one of the most loved frats but when they don’t (they haven’t thrown for a month) they become the most irrelevant hated frat because they have the biggest house and should be using it to the fullest extent. Their annex parties are horrendous so ig the only thing they got going for them is their main house parties lol

I don’t know why this isn’t talked about more in the Greek community. When they throw at their main house they seem to be one of the most loved frats but when they don’t (they haven’t thrown for a month) they become the most irrelevant hated frat because they have the biggest house and should be using it to the fullest extent. Phi Delta Theta - ΦΔΘ Fraternity at University of Colorado Boulder - UCB 4.9 TBH...love me some Phi Delt. I feel super safe there at their parties and I know I always will. Hope to see their chapter grow more because they just got reinstated a few years ago. Overall, my fav frat at boulder. Slay.

The parties were really big but literally the only reason for this is their house and location. They threw once at an annex and it was so bad compared to their main house parties.

Phi Delta Theta - ΦΔΘ Fraternity at University of Colorado Boulder - UCB 4.2 went to a mixer and multiple date dashes with them this year, honestly really great dudes! they really picked up momentum this year and i’m excited to see them grow next year. one of the guys said they just came back in 2018 so considering how new they are, i’m really impressed! lots of love for phi delt
