Kappa Sigma - ΚΣ Fraternity at University of Colorado Boulder - UCB 2.7 This house isn’t the same as it was 5 years ago. Time to close the yearbook boys. Guys aren’t really all that cool and just throw meh parties every now and then. Definitely the most overrated house at boulder and honestly probably low tier

Kappa Sigma - ΚΣ Fraternity at University of Colorado Boulder - UCB 2.7 Parties are fun every once in a while, but they don’t throw bangers consistently like some of the other frats. They’re in the upper tier of frats, yet still kinda mid and it’s partly cuz all the guys are spoiled rich kids.

Used to be on top, now not so much but they still have that ego and their house is in jeopardy.
