my friend brought me to one of their annexes last week - it was honestly some of the most fun I've had since coming to CU... guys were fun and sweet and a couple of really nice pledges walked us home in the cold thank you!

you need to stop self ranking its actually embarassing, especially with that house there's no chance you can say you're top. For people that are looking to rush next year, this house is in similar standing as ΠΚΑ or ΤΚΕ. They're a decent frat that throws decent parties and has decent brotherhood, just decent.....
