Chi Psi - ΧΨ Fraternity at University of Colorado Boulder - UCB 3.4 Would def say top tier house. The guys are semi nice and the parties are fun (except for when they get rolled). Had a great time there on Halloween

Chi Psi - ΧΨ Fraternity at University of Colorado Boulder - UCB 4.2 I feel comfortable there and I like all of the guys I’ve met. They have fun parties and have a beautiful house. They’re not creepy, they’re not a bunch of California guys, and most of them are really nice and cool. Not the smartest though.

Let’s all cram into a hallway shoulder to shoulder with a bunch of creeps! Yikes. I know a few nice guys here but there’s a clear lack of respect or they just don’t know how to talk to girls
