Chi Psi is doing excellent for refounding, they were top tier when they got kicked off and will be there again. Pledge class is amazing this year and definitely in the right direction. After fallout with Gordie, alumni are too involved (limiting partying, etc) to get the lodge back on top. Classy as hell and back on top in 4 years

Classy guys, first year back on campus so not that well known yet. But they have the best house on campus and know how to have a good time :)

By far the nicest guys on campus. Coming on strong for the first year back in the house. A lot of the girls are in love with this years pledge class. Will easily be top next year once those guys move in. They are more exclusive and don't simply hand out bids. only gave out 3 this spring, because of how strong the fall pledges retained.
