Official 2026 Fraternity Breakdown

SAE - old money/private school/richer Cincy suburb guys. Probably the most “frat” vibe of the group. Great parties and tailgates, good grades, solid involvement, and a strong alumni presence. 1A.

Delt - chill group with a good mix of Cincy and non-Cincy guys, so there’s not really one Delt “type.” Probably the best tailgates/social scene overall, plus good grades, involvement, and strong brotherhood. 1A.

Pike - huge chapter and somehow there’s a Pike everywhere. Less Cincy-heavy than SAE but more than Delt. Good parties/tailgates, strong alumni involvement, great grades and involvement. They might bid half the campus, but they’re still clearly a touse. 1A.

Sigma Chi - social, more Cincy-heavy, good group of guys. Good parties/tailgates, solid brotherhood, grades, and involvement. Definitely a good house. 1B, close to 1A.

Beta - more of the athletic/good-dudes vibe. Pulls more from outside Cincy than some of the other houses. Strong brotherhood, pretty involved, good sorority relations, and a solid social scene. 1B.

Sig Ep - good chapter with a pretty solid mix of guys. Social, involved, solid grades, and a good house. Just doesn’t have quite the same presence as the other touses. 1B.

Theta Chi, Pi Kapp, Phi Sig, Phi Tau- mid size chapters, okay at everything, good brotherhoods. 2a.

Sammy - up and coming, could be mid size soon. 2b
