It doesn’t matter what an org’s reputation is nationally, the chapter has to build itself up and make its own. ZTA is also known to be hot nationally but they aren’t top tier here... I know an A Phi at a different school that is bottom tier too so this is just a weird post.

Plus APhi is top at almost every school except southern schools. And lord knows we aren’t southern.
