They are all super nice girls, and they may not be top house but are truly themselves. I have a friend who is in Phi Mu, and she only has ever had good things to say about them.

At bid day (in the fall) one of the new members was black and a lot of people referred to her as "the black one". Never by her actual name. After that she never came back. A good way to make someone feel uncomfortable! This is coming from someone who was there. Don’t believe them when they deny this especially when all they say in response is “not true”.

All of these ranks are contradictory, first they aren’t diverse, now they are too diverse, they are tokenizing all of their POC members, but also, they do not post them enough. You can’t have it both ways. Clearly, someone is making posts on here who hates this chapter/ maybe got dropped by them and is bitter.

NEW ON GREEKRANK

For a chapter that’s soooo “inclusive,” less than a quarter of the chapter is POC. Imagine being a POC and walking into a room where you don’t see a single person who looks like you. That’s uncomfortable and honestly really scary. Now imagine actually being in that chapter and feeling like you’re only there to be tokenized because you don’t look like everyone else. You get pulled for photoshoots, always put front and center just so you “stand out.” It’s exhausting and it sucks. Y’all love to claim inclusivity because you have a few POC and members with different body types, but it feels more like you use them as your diversity checkmark instead of actually celebrating and supporting those differences.

Lmao this is getting funny. Anytime someone speaks up about this chapter, the comments get deleted. It’s embarrassing because it just shows you know it’s true. Y’all treat each other terribly and tokenize anyone who isn’t the “typical” sorority girl.

For a sorority that claims to be inclusive and diverse, the culture is honestly terrible. Recruitment is clearly prioritized over the well being of current members, and diversity feels more like something they talk about than something they actually practice. People treat each other poorly, and the environment feels unwelcoming and draining to be in.

It’s honestly wild how quickly anonymous posts turn into “facts.” If something as serious as repeatedly referring to a new member as “the black one” actually happened, that is not GreekRank gossip level behavior that is Panhellenic level misconduct. That would warrant formal reporting, documentation, and an investigation. Not a vague anonymous comment followed by “don’t believe them when they deny it.” Throwing around allegations of racism anonymously without proof doesn’t protect POC it cheapens real claims and makes it harder for actual issues to be taken seriously. If people genuinely cared about creating a better Panhellenic community, they would go through the proper channels instead of hiding behind a screen and escalating things with zero accountability. You don’t have to like a chapter. That’s fine. But fabricating or exaggerating events to damage reputations isn’t activism. If something truly happened, report it. If it didn’t, stop weaponizing serious accusations for drama.
