Phi Delta Theta - ΦΔΘ Fraternity at University of Cincinnati - UC 1.4 Never met a guy in here I liked they all look weird to. Best way I could describe them is they’re a club with an off campus house NOT A FRAT. Never see any sorority wanting to do stuff with them and their sober parties are lame asf.

Phi Delta Theta - ΦΔΘ Fraternity at University of Cincinnati - UC 1.7 worst “frat” on campus in my opinion. at least some smaller frats have parties people love to go to, they just don’t have the house this one doesn’t deserve.

Phi Delta Theta - ΦΔΘ Fraternity at University of Cincinnati - UC 4.5 These guys have it all together. They are polite, nice looking, and smart. People want to hang around them. They are well rounded guys. Glad to finally have a house worth going to.

Phi Delta Theta - ΦΔΘ Fraternity at University of Cincinnati - UC 1.9 Honestly last year PDT was on the up and up. People were noticing, the campus was loving it, it’s been scaring other frats on campus. Mid last year they figured out how to throw a real party people wanted to stay at with insane lighting and good DJs. I went to there party tonight and I’m not sure what happened to all that. It looked like they fell apart, it was all gone. They took 10 steps backwards and are looking like the old Phi Delt again Writing is on the wall if they don’t get it back together
