These squids try to call them self a “frat” for some reason their alumni thought it was a great idea to drop 3+ million on a house that’s not on Greek row. You’d think for how nerdy they are they’d have some brains but no. Weirdest group of guys that couldn’t get a bid anywhere else

Phi delta theta a solid group of guys at UC laid back, friendly, and always down to get involved on campus. They’re the type of fraternity that balances brotherhood, social life, and actually giving back. Definitely one of the cooler, more genuine chapters here.
