If being “top tier” means zero leadership, no standards, and parties people only show up to when they have nowhere else to go—then sure, you’re elite.

Phi Kappa Tau - ΦΚΤ Fraternity at University of Cincinnati - UC 1.5 One of the worst houses on campus. Zero standards, and they take pretty much anyone. They occasionally have a fun party, but barely any leadership, and it shows. Feels more like a place people end up—not a house people actually want to join.

Phi Kappa Tau - ΦΚΤ Fraternity at University of Cincinnati - UC 4.0 This fraternity is growing fast. I remember going to a few parties over the last few years and their numbers have grown significantly from then. While the inside of the house sucks, the outside front and back are great for parties. When they throw a party, it’s always a lot of fun. All the brothers have always been super nice and I’ve always felt safe there. While their spring pledge class was only 5 guys,I got to meet a few at a tailgate and darty. And they were standup guys. Their fall class was pretty cool too, though I didn’t get to talk to them much. I graduate next year, so I only got 1 more luau party, but I’m excited.
