Sigma pi is solid lower tier. Phi Tau is solid middle, theta chi and chi psi are lower mid.

SK, ADPi, and APhi pretty much same tier
AXO, DDD, AOPi, and even ZTA are same tier, followed closely by GPhi and Theta
Within the houses of each tier it just depends on which girls you know

i agree with 13-14.
DX is better than Beta because they have are more involved in the greek community and also have better/more exclusive parties.
