Lol Pi Phi by 100 times over. They are all hot blondes and brunettes and most of them are either athletes or come from a lot of money. They are basically like the socially elite at cal (take that with a grain of salt.)
Kappa is more awkward at social events and they have totally screwed up their rush the past few years and lost a ton of girls to pi phi and even DG in some cases.
