Theta is a bottom tier sorority full of fun and nice girls. Although they are irreverent, since anyone can get in. They do have a large house with sisters from all paths of life.

genuine and down to earth, work hard play hard. diverse. seriously underrated. the house is gorgeous and they are unproblematic, everyone i know in the house actually likes each other too.
