They've made it to top tier and like to go out and have fun, stop judging them for wanting to go out. Only get bashed cause they are relevant. Guys love partying with them and I honestly wish I chose aphi, have my best friends in this house. A lot of guys have their best friends here too.

Alpha Phi - ΑΦ Sorority at University of California, Berkeley - UCB 4.2 Pretty much a top tier house now that some of the other houses are falling. Pretty girls, relatively diverse (for a top house), can be wild when out, but guys love partying with them apparently.
