Phi Kappa Psi - ΦΚΨ Fraternity at University of California, Berkeley - UCB 4.8 Relatively new middle class house with tons of top house potential. Huge house that throws some of the biggest parties on campus. Their entire house is being remodeled since they have a TON of money. Chill dudes who rage but still aren't the typical frat douche. Of the frats affiliated with the school them and KA are by far the best houses.

Phi Kappa Psi - ΦΚΨ Fraternity at University of California, Berkeley - UCB 1.4 Nice try Phi Psi with the self-ranks. There's a reason they haven't caught on with the top sororities. Also giving out bids like its Christmas to anyone who enters the house during rush isn't exactly what top houses do.
