Chi Phi - ΧΦ Fraternity at University of California, Berkeley - UCB 3.6 Lots of people say it's on the rise and I agree. There's lots of games and decent amount of drinks. I recall it being difficult and taking too much time to get more beer for the games. The dance floor and atmosphere would be nicer with more people. The key is making bigger events with more people and probably making better access to the drinks (or the amount).

Chi Phi - ΧΦ Fraternity at University of California, Berkeley - UCB 4.6 These guys are fun, classy, and nice. Respectful of women, true gentlemen and definitely on the rise. Pretty selective on their bids and has the potential to be top tier in a couple years. Old members are not so great looking, probably because they had to fill up the numbers of the house, but the new members and the new pledge classes are looking fine

Chi Phi - ΧΦ Fraternity at University of California, Berkeley - UCB 4.2 Chi Phi has had some great parties this semester and the brothers all seem to be really cool guys. They're still pretty new on campus but they keep climbing up the rankings pretty quickly. If they keep having great pledge classes like they have had recently, they will keep getting even closer to being a top house.
