Real end of spring 2026 ranks

Top:
Pikapp/Sig Chi (Pikapp was suspended this the semester but the little parties they had were a lot of fun also best relations/pc) (chi pc is not that good but still the most fun frat)
Low top:
Pike/SAE( pike had a great pc this semester and has a lot of potential. Inconsistent parties tho)(SAE would be higher but they have been steadily falling off for the last couple of semesters. Pc is ok compared to previous years 0/2 on rps also. They have money but can’t rely on money
Upper mid:
Theta chi/ Zbt (Theta Chi has barnyard which is so fun but that’s about it) (zbt has sdt bc they bought them but other than that some of the guys are cool and the parties are ok)
Mid:
Beta/ Phidelt/Aepi
Bottom:
Lambda/ Asig/ksig
