A Real Rank Frat/Srat

FRAT
SAE/PIKAPP - Pikapp would be a tier higher but with there recent incident and lack of house they are on par with SAE, SAE is all around good and will be top as long as the Dean is around

Sig Chi/Pike - Chi is falling off but still throws good parties and there last spring PC carries a lot of there connections New Pc doesn't look bad, Pike has there house, and a very solid new PC

Theta Chi/ ZBT - Both have hit or miss brothers but the good ones in both make there frats, Theta is consistent with pool parties and people hate on ZBT but they are strong all around, and the money helps

BETA/PHIDELT - good brothers on both Beta id say is overall better both have strong brotherhoods and good connections with certain friend groups of girls

AEPI/KSIG - Both have some very interesting guys.. but once in a while have a decent party that shocks

TKE LAMBDA ASIG - Not much to these, mid parties, little relevance at all

SRAT
DPHIE/SDT - dphie will stay top, pulls the most well versed pcs, haters will say sdt isn't but they are, even with this pc they are still pretty and loaded

ZTA - Smart girls and know how to party not far behind top 2, pull the most "miami" pretty girls

ADPI - good group of girls but not a close sisterhood many go off and do there own things after being babies

TRI DELT - Fun and have personality's some are bad and others arnt so much

DG - There recent pc was good but gets pulled down bc of how new and there first "pc" isn't great can see there come up tho

PI PHI/CHI O - Girls that don't care much about "ranks" good sisterhood subpar looks
