To all the pnms that dropped recruitment
by: Go Greek
I just want to say this from the heart. If you chose to drop recruitment because you didn’t get asked back to a so-called “top” house, I
sincerely believe you’ll never fully understand what you missed out on. Not because of status, letters, or rankings, but because of the people.
Some of the most beautiful, genuine, funny, loyal, and strong girls I know are in the houses that don’t get enough credit. These are the girls who show up, who become real friends, who celebrate you on your best days and hold you together on your worst ones. Sisterhood isn’t about rank or what looks good from the outside, it’s about connection, growth, and belonging.
Choosing to walk away because of a name or reputation means prioritizing the wrong things, and that’s heartbreaking, because you deserved more than that. You deserved the chance to find real friendships, real support, and a place where you’re valued for who you are, not where you rank.
I hope one day you realize that the houses you didn’t give a chance to are filled with incredible women and unforgettable experiences. And I hope you try informal rush and find what you were looking for, even if it wasn’t where you expected it to be.
Happy bid day to the girls who trusted the process and gave themselves a fair chance.

Did many drop because they still got invites but just not from certain houses ? I know that happens but I’m seeing posts about over 200 dropped yesterday. I thought that meant they were dropped from all ? So they are not even giving other ones a chance and seeing out the process to the end ? Just trying to understand

Anytime a girl says SHE “dropped” recruitment, it means she decided to no longer go through the process because she didn’t get the “top”house she came in thinking she would. If they were dropped by all houses (which never actually happens because of how the process works) they would have been dropped from the recruitment process altogether without deciding to drop on their own. The girls that get bids are the ones that stay until the very end and keep their options open.
