Strat Tiers here

Such a weird school strat system here. On almost all other campuses,the tiers would be totally reversed.
Pi Phi, DDD, DG, & XO would be top tier or top-mid. I get that Pi Phi is new and starts low, & kkg, another top tier group folded. DPE & SDT wouldn’t be top with these other groups that to are older, established, powerhouse sororities. . ZTA & ADP aren’t that competitive either. What’s up? Frat associations? History? Have DOE & SDT been here longer? Both are historically Jewish sororities..& strong in small schools in the NE. demographics?

You’re right it makes no sense. Some things r just set in stone, umiami greek life is so bad frat included. It’s about money here and the amount of money = how good u are. Dphie and sdt get the rich Jewish girls or just rich Northeast girls hense why they r top. The “top” frats like that vibe even tho everything u said is true
