REAL frat ranks

1. SAE / PIKAPP (Pikapp no house but good brotherhood, SAE has a house fell off a bit still top frat tho)
2. Sig chi / Theta Chi (theta chi is here for now until seniors r gone then down they go, sig chi just a solid all-around frat)
3. Pike (just a house, good spring PC)
4. Phi delt / beta (pulled good spring pcs)
5. ZBT (just rich hit or miss brothers-mostly hit, only above Aepi bc their parties are somewhat better)
6. Aepi (below ZBT but not much below, parties just aren’t as good but equally miss brothers)
7. Tke (chill group)
8.Asig (back on campus again somehow still not good)
9. Lambda ( honestly a chill group, cool guys )
10. Depsi (Indian fraternity seem very nice)

after reading a lot of the posts this is Basically the most accurate, pike will say they r better then Pikapp, sig chi would have been top top too but times have changed, phi delt and beta r about the same and ranked perfectly on this, zbt and Aepi r lower then both like it doesn’t matter if zbt “mixes” with sdt its strictly bought out, sae might not be the top house anymore, they r still top but i would say Pikapp and pike have had more fun events.
