Top 4 houses swept, everyone else made minor moves

Sig chi killed it
Pi kapp made big moves
SAE surprisingly brought in a good class
Sig Ep lost kids they wanted but by no means have an average class

What do you mean by best pledge class? How do you define if one kid is better human than the other?
