what's up with the allegations against sigma chi?

I was at an SAE event and someone told me that Sig Chi is under investigation by the school for allegations made by two freshman girls. Is this for real? I asked around a bit and I've heard from people that it's not- while some other people are telling me it's 100% real and that they might be suspended from campus. Really need to know because I really liked them, but did get some aggressive vibes.
