Really nice girls with a strong sisterhood. People usually don't go into rush wanting kappa though.

all this bashing makes panhellenic look awful, and if i was a freshmen and saw all this i wouldn't want to rush because the rankings are coming from girls in other sororities. all of the sororities: if you want somewhere that recruits based on looks go DG if you want somewhere that will love you how you are, go tri delt or KKG if you want somewhere that goes on involvement and what kind of person you are, go DPhiE, ADPi or ZTA rush is amazing, and it all works out in the end.

Kappa has definitely been climbing up the ranks recently. Nice girls with a lot of involvement and sisterhood. Don't go out as much but sweet girls.

Kappa is definitely one of the more involved sororities. The girls tend to take on leadership positions in many organizations and they have strong attendance at many events. As someone under me states, Kappa does tend to attract the "non-sorority" ; type, which is sometimes a good thing and sometimes a bad thing. You basically end up with half of the sorority being cool in a nontypical sorority girl kind of way and the other half being socially awkward and strange.

You'll hear a lot of crap, but that's from people who are holding on to stereotypes from before they were in college. Kappa girls are involved in a lot of different things on campus, and have a wide variety of interests and activities. They've had the Homecoming Queen the past 2 years. This isn't a sorority where everyone is a Comm major. But they still like to party (although some of them don't, it happens). They really stepped it up with their Spring '12 PC and I'm excited to see the next PC.
