Pi Kappa Phi - ΠΚΦ Fraternity at University of Miami - UM 3.2 its funny how they all think that because Pike is underground that they are suddenly going to jump up. it wasn't like they were pulling from the same group of kids. Pikapp will still lose all their top rushes to SAE. Besides that Pikapp is a really solid frat, good guys and good parties. top of the mid tier though

Pi Kappa Phi - ΠΚΦ Fraternity at University of Miami - UM 3.8 stuck in the middle with sammy and zbt, behind the top three (sigchi/sae/pike). better than phidelt but not by much, mainly just because they have a house. really nice guys but not top by any means
