love phi delt. The guys are so genuine and a good step away from the pretentiousness of umiami. They still go out the same way as the ones with money do yet don’t act better because of it. Loveeee their yacht days, loved their party with red cup, definitely going up

i feel bad for any nice guys in this frat that has to deal with the repercussions of some of the worst guys to exist on this planet. truly disgusting behavior.their “parties” below average. never have enough alcohol and the guys are so unattractive. always have a lame time. and they are mid on a good day… if you choose to engage seek immediate attention from ur doctor.
