Phi Delta Theta - ΦΔΘ Fraternity at University of Miami - UM 4.0 definitely aren't the "nice guys", a lot of them are really douchey but i'm ngl their pc last semester was pretty hot, and so is their current one. My friends and i have been to a couple of their parties both this semester and last and they've been a blast!!

Phi Delta Theta - ΦΔΘ Fraternity at University of Miami - UM 1.8 They aren't the worse fraternity. Idk why ppl think they are. They just don't have the strongest presence of campus, known as the "nice guys" nothing else really. Mix a lot with Chi O and kappa

Phi Delta Theta - ΦΔΘ Fraternity at University of Miami - UM 1.8 Their not really that big on campus. I would say they are above kappa sig, AEPi and lambda but that's about it.
