Yes they are not a "top" sorority, but that doesn't mean they aren't a good group of girls. I went through recruitment (Fall 2012) and dismissed them. After a few years at UNCW I see they are working to become better (more popular, liked, etc.) but that isn't a bad thing! They have a good sisterhood (yeah sometimes girls fight but so what?), they are nice to other sorority girls (unlike lets say ADPI), and they have a good time (sometimes a little unclassy but this is college..).
