They are on campus but dropped out of the university led IFC. I'm in a Sorority and I've talked to the leaders about doing the same. SAE is a good one and strong on campus.

They're probably the best on campus. As I was told, they were asked to join the ifc and turned it down. That's funny because the ifc is so last year. I like these guys.

They presence on campus makes the others fraternities aim at them but there real victory is choosing not to be in the IFC and under administrative control. I use to date a guy in there (Still do some) and not being in the Dues paying IFC was smart. I use to be in a sorority and I pushed them to drop out of Pan.
