Phi Kappa Sigma - ΦΚΣ Fraternity at University of Massachusetts Lowell - UML 1.2 They may not have a house and that happens, however they don't make up for their loss in anything else. They don't do well in recruiting, don't make an effort to do anything on campus, the brothers I'm sure are nice but creep on girls. If they just made an effort to be involved maybe people would find them to be more interesting
