Sigma Phi Epsilon - ΣΦΕ Fraternity at University of California, San Diego - UCSD 4.0 Really sincere, good friends to each other and every time I see them around campus, they're all really friendly too. Upper middle tier mostly because they aren't as involved (opens/involved w other sororities) but they're really great people so if they did, everyone would love them.

Sigma Phi Epsilon - ΣΦΕ Fraternity at University of California, San Diego - UCSD 4.7 Upper middle tier/Lower top tier who usually place top 3 in sports and host fun socials. They have a great brotherhood from what I see but I suggest they open up to more sororities other than their usual batch.
