Tau Kappa Epsilon - ΤΚΕ Fraternity at University of California, Santa Cruz - UCSC 4.8 I think this fraternity is at, or tied with the top. I go to their events and overall their members are genuine guys :) I like that they are not all about image because who wants to party with a bunch of douchey guys???
