Pi Beta Phi - ΠΒΦ Sorority at University of California, Riverside - UCR 3.2 This petty battle is so pointless about the drama on bid day. What I don't understand is ADPi has always been considerate and has never sung Boom Boom as Pi Phi requested when ADPi was brought on campus. But then Pi Phi knowingly sings the Pi Pi Beta Phi, knowing that ADPi sings Pi Pi AD Pi as part of recruitment. We all heard it waiting for the new members to run home to their letters and I think Pi Phi should have just been more considerate. I know that a lot of sororities share songs, so this shouldn't even be a problem anyways but people on here are making it a problem.

Isn't it true that spots were first come, first serve? also that there are 26 Panhellenic sororities and we basically all sing the same songs. Someone clearly wants Pi Phi, DG and ADPi to fight, so why not take the high road and not let something this stupid turn our greek community worse.

Every sorority has a designated spot on Bid Day that their chapter has been using for years. I guess you guys wouldn’t know because you are so new to this school. You guys are just way too new to be bashing other sororities like this who have already established themselves over the years. It takes time but hopefully you guys can get there.

last time I checked, there is no official ruling on that, so just because some girls decided to take action and save a spot shouldn't be a bash worthy deal. Like seriously, "every sorority has a designated spot" can't be true if there isn't an official rule. It's unofficial, so they didn't do anything wrong.
