Gamma Phi Beta - ΓΦΒ Sorority at University of California, Riverside - UCR 2.0 I was rushing this year, and before rush weekend started a group of Gamma phis in my class gave me a glare down after I had smiled at them. I decided to give them a chance anyway and when I spoke to some of the girls in the house I felt like if you weren't pretty your were booted. Its really important to always smile especially at girls before recruitment. There was no need to be rude.
