what can the "bottom" houses do to improve?

So people are saying SK, Theta, AZD... Among others are bottom. How can they go about bettering themselves?

Just get out and let yourself be known as a GOOD group! It takes a while (years really) to make a dent in how people think, but it can be done! I see several groups who have improved dramatically in just the last 3 years and it is amazing. They became super involved in organizations, picked fantastic girls and the change has been dramatic. We compete with these girls now for girls and positions. Push yourself to be all you can be!

To have a better recruitment, earn bragging rights by being involved and winning different things. To have a better reputation, show off those girls you recruited by getting involved.
