I can't post a link because it's considered spam but if you google "auburn cost fraternity" there is an official document posted by the university for the 2012 year that shows prices. I don't think it has changed much since then. Basically its $1,700-$2,300 a semester for the "upper" fraternities. Though the price for some is less than 1k a semester.

IF you haven't gotten a bid to theta chi or SNu yet don't worry about dues, you won't be getting one. As for SAE I honestly have no clue, I'd guess around 2k a semester.

Dues have changed since then for fraternities that have grown drastically in number.
