Tri delt and axo with gphi and pi phi - no! Chio no longer top. Agd falling, still stuck on Birmingham girls rather than quality. DZ down one. This is really wrong on so many levels. Chio, axo, zta are all over this site this year trying to push a false narrative. Last couple years top houses have been adpi agd phi mu gphi kd pi phi depending on what a pnm is looking for. Axo and zta do not compete with these houses. Chio still struggling to repair broken reputation only top to those who think it’s still 10 years ago.
