Bottom:
DKE, DTD, Alpha Sig, Beta
Basement:
Phi Sig, Theta Xi, BYX, Chi Phi

Phi tau has gotten a lot better but they are mid at best. Need a couple more good pcs out of them. You also put Pike in upper mid and mid at the same time? Farmhouse is also not lower mid. This whole list is just completely off.

Pi kapp might be below within the tier but they’re definitely in the lower top than upper mid with how you’ve got it
