2025 Recruitment Reality

regardless of what it has been in the past, this is 2025 reality
AGD / ADPI the same Bham and legacy Alabama girls with some Atlanta thrown in will be fighting for these spots.
PHI MU / KD will get those cut from above, legacies, with some Charlotte, Baton Rouge, Dallas girls thrown in, and looking for a little more party vibe than above
GPHI / ZTA / PI PHI will be competing for the top oos girls, especially from Texas, Florida, Tennessee, NC, SC with a few west coast and northerners thrown in, and those Alabama girls who don’t want to be with everyone they went to high school with
CHIO these will be old school Alabama girls who still think chio is a top house and are ok with no social first semester
TRIDELT, AXO, AOPI, SK, DG will get mix of girls released from above, depending on vibe they are looking for
DZ, AXID, THETA, KKG, TRISIG pnms released in early rounds from above will find their home in one of these.

You are close but the tier with Tridelt, AXO, etc could be further split up just based upon vibes. Tridelt/AXO/AOII don’t normally get the girls that GPHI/Pi Phi are competing for. I feel like if anything SK gets the girls that don’t get GPHI/Pi Phi. Tridelt/AXO/AOII/DG are all the girls that were released from the more selective southern houses IMO. I feel like with ZTA attempting to be more southern with their recent pledge classes, they have more in common with Tridelt and AXO.
Otherwise, everything else you are saying is pretty much right! A lot of pnms come in wanting ADPI and AGD, but as they get cut each round, their options can sometimes slim down to the chapters at the bottom. This goes to show that PNMs can only control so much, but at the end of the day, chapters make the cuts even if the RFM is trying to match a PNM into their most desired house. Remember pnms, you want a house that wants you back! Give every house you get back a chance!

strongly disagree with this. pi phi might have the stereotypical 'hot' girls but they have no depth and too many girls have a ❄️ habit for them to be desired higher. gphi is where the oos girls who want to have fun but still prioritize grades/involvement go. also gphi has been growing a pretty large religious/christian group which is VERY unlike pi phi
