Guys and girls-what are y’alls thoughts on Sigma Chi? Reputation on campus, parties, etc.

a lot of internal issues and beef between brothers. they have like 40 members and a decent house but the parties are lacking from all the money they say they have. and no girls go to their parties other than to get simped over.

Coming from a girl I went to a couple of their parties last year and I thought they were really fun and the guys were chill
