Middle Top-Alpha Gam/ADII

Upper top- Pi Phi/ KD / Zeta

Upper Middle- Gamma Phi/ AXO/ AOII/Tri Delta/SK/AXD (all of these are still very highly desired by PNM’s and have very high return rates)

Middle- DZ/Kappa/ Theta

I know a ‘Top Tier’ Phi Mu who is a recent Auburn grad making a salary below $25000. I also know a Tri Sig recent Auburn grad making $80000. plus bonus. So much for ranks.

But the phi mu is probably very attractive and will marry a successful business man who makes 6 figures where as the tri sig will get old and fired
