Panhellenic requires every sorority to drop a certain number of PNMs based on how many PNMs have dropped them, Chi O and two other sororities have to make the harshest cuts because very few PNMs drop them. The process is designed to maximize the potential of each sorority to make quota. No sorority wants to drop so heavily, but they don’t have a choice. Most of the Chi Os I’ve seen have strong sisterhood. The three sororities who have to drop the most PNMs do get most of the girls they want in the end, but they’re also rushing the same girls, for the most part.

I have class with a couple of Chi o's and I have to say I am less than impressed! Rude and caddy are perfect adjectives for these girls.

sisterhood - not very strong. speaking from experience....!!!! Makes harsh cuts during first round of rush & regrets it later! girls usually always choose other top tiers over them when it comes down to it
