Alpha Gamma Delta - ΑΓΔ Sorority at Auburn University - AU 2.7 If you're thinking of joining the nuthouse, you may want to dig a little deeper. Yes, they have been top in grades. Yes, they did have a top 5 Miss Auburn candidate. Yes, they can put on a great recruitment. But are you looking to be another face in the crowd? Most girls join a sorority to be uplifted and find friends. In alpha gam, you better be ready to put your life to the side in honor of their "it" girl. Be prepared to turn on a dime because their "it" girl is always changing. While I am sure it feels amazing to be that girl, I can't help but think about all the other members in their chapter who are pushed aside and seen as less than if they do not get to be the chosen one. There is a reason why you see so many alpha gams whose close friends are in other sororities. If you go alpha gam, be prepared to find friends elsewhere.
