The sketchy brothers that make up the fraternity will throw sketchy parties and nobody will go except for Pikes, their gfs, the girls that do go there, and lots of non AU students and nobody will be surprised. So in other words it'll be just like a Phi Delt party.

Pi Kappa Alpha - ΠΚΑ Fraternity at Auburn University - AU 2.2 Firmly stuck in mid tier hell and like Phi Delt they lived off their name for so long it's next to impossible for them to get out of it as all the quality brothers are long gone. What's left are sketchy guys throwing sketchy parties.

Pi Kappa Alpha - ΠΚΑ Fraternity at Auburn University - AU 2.2 Fallen really far in the past few years, has a nice house but fails to capitalize on it. Some worse fraternities would be a lot better if they had that house.

Pi Kappa Alpha - ΠΚΑ Fraternity at Auburn University - AU 3.0 It's not so much that Pike is bad it's more that they've just been stagnant for so long getting by on their name and history. If there is a sleeping giant among the fraternities I'd call 'neutral' it would be Pike. All it would really take is one good pledge class to bring quality back and have it move forward. Right now though they're a lot like Phi Tau only with a better name/history.

Pi Kappa Alpha - ΠΚΑ Fraternity at Auburn University - AU 4.2 Pike has a great brotherhood along with a great house. They are very welcoming to everyone and are also loved by girls. Its a top tier frat, no question.
